Property Development

For almost as long as I can remember I been involved with property development, albeit in a somewhat unchosen manner – since I was a child my father has been renovating and building houses. Over the years I have helped with a lot of these projects and have gained experience across the whole range of vocations. Landscape gardening, bricklaying, carpentry, roofing, plumbing, site-management, painting and decorating; you name it, I’ve done it. Such seasoning has generated a great passion for building work and property renovations and I view the field as one of the key subject matters in which unu can express it’s ideas. It is the ultimate product – a physical commodity that cultivates long and strong relationships with its owners in every aspect of their lives.
